Paris 2024 Team GB Reveal Event

The 28th of June 2024 saw the reveal of the Team GB Olympic and Paralympic Shooting Teams at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.

The weather was fair and meant that the Team GB Reveal press event could be held outside in the beautiful grounds of Bisham Abbey.  Dating back to around 1260, this stunning manor house, a Grade I listed building, is now run on behalf of Sport England as a multi-purpose facility.  It’s surrounded by a large green, next to the river Thames and the accompanying estate grounds are home to many types of sports playing fields and pitches as part of the venue.

There were a host of reporters from tv and magazines, including us, ready to meet the Team and get to know them a little better prior to the Games.  It wasn’t just the athletes at the reveal, there were a large number of key staff, including coaches, there to support the athletes and give interviews as needed.  It was great to see the people behind the scenes getting recognition for their hard work too!

We are grateful to have been invited by British Shooting and to have an opportunity to speak with all of the athletes.  There will be photos and interviews to share over the next couple of months but, for now, here are the shooters hoping for glory in Paris 2024.
