Incorrectly Stamped Post Delaying Requests

We are receiving high numbers of incorrectly stamped post which is being held at the Post Office until the remainder of the fee and the accompanying incorrect postage fee is paid.

Please double check you have added the correct stamps & postage fees when sending mail to us. We want to process your requests as fast as possible so to avoid delays we wanted to issue a gentle reminder to check you are using the correct stamps and to make sure they are valid and not definitive stamps without a bar code.
