We have been kindly gifted a copy of Malcolm Atkin’s latest book, Cinderella Rifles – The .22 rifle in Home Guard and Auxillary Units service for our archives, which features many references to some of our wartime The Rifleman editions (now known as On Target magazine). It also tells the story of some of the important contributions made by our Association (previously known as the SMRC – Society of Miniature Rifle Clubs).

Brian Woodall has been of great assistance to Malcolm with his research and has also been honoured with a mention in the acknowledgements! Thanks to Malcolm for this kind donation to our library.
