Alberto ‘Bert’ Bertoloni

We are very sad to share the news of the passing of Alberto ‘Bert’ Bertoloni who died in the early hours of 9 July 2025, aged 79.

As well as being an accomplished shooter many will remember Bert as a coach and trainer of coaches.  He had been Head Coach of the Eastern Regional Squad, a member of the South East Regional Training Team and a supporter of coach development at national level. His contribution to shooting sports will be greatly missed.

Bert’s funeral will take place on Tuesday, 12th August at 2.00pm at West Suffolk Crematorium, followed by a Reception at their hospitality suite.
