Cheddar Valley Rifle Club's A team have retained their Somerset 25-yard Postal League Division 1 title.

David Lattimore's funeral will take place on Friday 27th April at 1.15p.m. at Woking Crematorium, Hermitage Road, St Johns GU21 8TJ. It will be followed by a small reception at Lord Roberts Centre.

Family flowers only. Donations may be made to the Prostate Cancer Charity via There will also be a collection plate for the charity at the funeral for those who prefer to donate this way.

The man in charge of British Shooting at this summer's Olympics has told LBC 97.3 he's 'staggered' by the London 2012 shooting venue in Woolwich but admits he's 'disappointed' it's only a temporary venue

After being inactive for some years, the South East Regional Squad is to be revived. While the original squad was considered to be the premiere rifle squad in the 1990s, a lack of dedicated coaches led to it being disbanded once the coaches had left to pursue other goals.

Wee Paper sports personality 2011 Darren Brown has finished his season with a bang. Competing in the last Selkirk Rifle Club junior section shoot-off of the winter season, the 13-year-old sharpshooter took the junior championship with a score of 294 ex 300.

In this Olympic year Devon Scouts are aiming high in the sport of Target Shooting. Following a tough county wide qualifying shoot and a head to head final between 16 young people aged between 11 and 16 held at Exeter Scout HQ in February, a new Devon County Scout team was picked.
