Target Sprint has grown domestically and internationally such that it sits alongside the other ISSF disciplines of Rifle, Pistol, and Shotgun. Accordingly, British Shooting is launching a Target Sprint Development Pathway to align with these other disciplines.
The Development Pathway sessions are to be held at the National Shooting Centre, - Lord Roberts Centre, Queens Road, Bisley, Brookwood, Woking, GU24 0NP.
The aim of the Development Pathway is to facilitate athlete progression in the ISSF discipline of Target Sprint in accordance with the overriding objective of the British Shooting ACF document at ‘Development level’, across all ISSF disciplines.

The NSRA has just received information that the Health and Safety Executive have opened their 6-month public consultation on lead in ammunition.
We are currently studying the documents, and consulting with other organisations and will issue advice and guidance as soon as possible.
The consultation closes on 6th November 2022.

At the EGM held on 30th April 2022, amendments to the Articles of Association were considered and approved unanimously. The new Articles came into immediate effect and can be seen HERE.
The purpose of the amendments were to enable the Association to make greater use of internet technology in two areas. The first group of amendments allow official notices to be issued by electronic means, such as email or posting on the website, in addition to the existing methods, such as publication in On Target.
