The NSRA (National Small-bore Rifle Association) is the National Governing Body for the multi-disciplined sport of Target Shooting. We are a charitable organisation (Charity Number 215468) providing a comprehensive range of membership services. In addition we operate a trading arm consisting of retail and wholesale businesses and shooting centres at Bisley and Aldersley. Further information can be found by visiting www.nsra.co.uk

The position is honorary and therefore unpaid. Main responsibilities include using the job holder’s experience and skills to contribute to the financial wellbeing of the Association and consider ways in which the accounts and accounting systems can be made more robust and responsive to the needs of the Charities Commission and Companies House.

The Articles of Association allow for up to two Treasurers to be elected and to serve on the Board of Trustees, but for the last 10 years there has only been one.  The Trustees are planning for the future and would like to see the vacant position filled.
