Despite its trials and tribulations, 2020 was an outstanding year for the Great Britain Rifle Team who were victorious in the Drew, “Goodwill” Dewar, and Wakefield Matches. Although 2021 is proving to be another turbulent year, we are determined to emulate the success of last year, which was only possible due to the efforts our very talented athletes. In order for this to happen, it is essential that the Great Britain Rifle Team is made up of the best smallbore prone rifle shooters in the country. To help the team captains select strong teams, the NSRA have organised a series trials, the full details of which are set out in the attached selection polices. All shooters who wish to be considered for selection must enter the respective trial. Entries close 30th June 2021.

The 2020 trials were hugely popular, which helped provide great strength and depth in our teams. So, with ranges starting to open up and plenty of shooters eager to start competing again, we hope that the 2021 trials will have even more entries than last year, which will help to ensure Great Britain continue to be a formidable opponent.
